Music Review #69: "Fireflies"
In honor of World Autism Awareness Day, I will be reviewing "Fireflies" by Owl City. This song was released in 2009 as part of Owl City's "Ocean Eyes" album. Adam Young, who is better known as Owl City, has Asperger's syndrome, a disorder on the autism spectrum. I really like the rhythm in this song. I also like that I can picture fireflies flying in the air when I close my eyes. I absolutely love the repeat in this song. There are many things that I love about this song. I give this song a ten out of ten. I look up to Adam Young because he has a disability, but he does not let his disability hold him down. Like Owl City, I also have Asperger's syndrome. I use my disability as a way to motivate myself to be a hard worker and to continue being a great person. Thank you for checking out my review today. I hope you have an awesome day!
